I love this album because Jack Rose was one of the most creative acoustic guitar artists of our time. His music takes you places in frenzied dances and bring you back down to rest on a bed of feathers. jsandstrum

I love everything that Jack Rose did! This album is probably his most "Fahey" inspired albums that he did. It even includes a version of Fahey's "Sun Flower River Blues". Very much in Fahey's style with the extra strength and attack that Rose always adds. This is a must for Fahey/Rose fans and anyone who collects American Primitive Guitar albums. jsandstrum

Jack Rose's music is a mystical trip through my own mind. No artists quite captures that sense more than him. Raag Manifestos is part of a trilogy of his albums, at least for me, that conjures this mystical journey. The others include Red Horse, White Mule and Opium Musick. A truly unique and talented artists. jsandstrum
